Accommodations
We're thrilled to celebrate our special day with you in the beautiful city of Rome! As you may know, arranging accommodations during Italy's high season can be challenging. While we've secured a block of rooms at Chapter Roma, we understand that availability may be limited.
In addition to Chapter Roma, we also recommend the below properties that we consider our preference hotels.
Please note that while we've suggested these properties based on our preferences, you're welcome to explore other accommodations that suit your needs and preferences!
If you would like to stay in an Airbnb or find your own accommodations, we recommend staying in the following neighborhoods: Prati, Trastevere, or near and around the Centro Storico (preferably near Villa Borghese).

What Is The Most Important Information To Check On My Passport?
Due to the laws and regulations of the European Union, please ensure that you check your passport expiration date (just ask Tim about our engagement story!). Most countries within the EU require your passport to be valid for at least six months beyond your planned date of departure.
If your passport requires renewal, please plan ahead! Currently, passport processing times are about 8-11 weeks.
What are travel essentials I should bring?
We recommend purchasing an adapter for all your electronics (you can search "Italy travel plug on Amazon"), packing a clear bag for your toiletries for airport security checks, and to bring comfortable walking shoes for your time exploring the city!
Can I Bring A Guest?
We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and are hoping to keep the guest list limited to those on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Can We Bring Our Children?
We look forward to celebrating with you and we love your little ones! But our ceremony and reception will be adult only events so please plan ahead.
Is There A Dress Code?
We will have a strict dress code. Please kindly refer to the "Attire" section of our website for details on dress codes for the Welcome Party and our Wedding.
What Is The Weather Like This Time Of Year?
Early September is lovely in Rome! Average highs are in the low 80's and average lows are in the 60's with very little humidity.
How Do We Get To the Venue?
We will be providing transportation for our guests to the venue - more details to come so please continue to check the website! If you do happen to miss the transportation or prefer to arrange your own, Villa Miani is located very centrally in Rome and is an easy and quick ride from most places in the city center.
Can I Take Photos During The Ceremony?
Our wedding ceremony will be an unplugged occasion. We kindly ask that you be present with us. We have professional photographers on hand to capture all the special moments and are excited to share the photos with you.
What Happens If I Don't RSVP On Time?
If we do not receive your RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, we will mark you as not attending. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide our total guest count to our venue in the timeframe they have provided us and unfortunately cannot accept late RSVP's. We hope you understand!
